CNN, FOX NEWS, all the MSM are doomed.
Everything is going to Streaming.
Comcast/Xfinity are soon going to be offering a streaming option. That is because they have lost such a huge amount of customers in the last few years. Even a 60 year old person like ME dropped cable TV a year ago. No youngsters have cable.
Broadcast TV and Cable TV are going the way of the landline telephone. A thing of the past in most places.
They need reality programming—circular firing squads of staff until only one remains!
Maybe they can do different things like simply reporting the news instead of advocating for the Democrat/Marxist Party 24/7. That would be refreshing. Of course, that would also never happen. But they would gain viewers.
So... Pfizer decided they wanted someone else running their propaganda arm at CNN...
CNN tried to right the boat by hiring someone more interested in the news that left wing propaganda. Giving the real news to Employees who are left wing nuts to give to viewers, all of whom are left, are left wing nuts.
Formula didn’t work. CNN now has only Left wing nuts, and will be unable to attract viewers who are interested in a ‘trusted news source’ because they destroyed that years ago. They should have fired the complaining ‘talking heads’ and gone full on with an attempt to restore CNN to a trusted news site. I guess they have given up on the Transition.

The Murdoch family already sold all they could of FOX to ABC/Disney in 2019 for $71.3B.
ABC already had ABC News and didn't want FOX News while Disney already owned ESPN and didn't want FOX Sports, not that ABC/Disney could buy them anyway due to antitrust regulations.
FOX News in particular is an orphan that no one wants. The Propaganda Media already have their own failing broadcasts and television, both cable and over-the-air, is a dinosaur.

When they gain control of anything, they would rather see it destroyed than to lose control which is the usual outcome for whomever and or whatever is afflicted with them.

They haven’t caught on yet that TV is history. Streaming Talk and News has taken over. TV News is falling off a cliff and nothing or no one can stop it.
