One thing to watch, though, is that $83 million that was originally in friends of ron desantis pac, has been transfered into the neverbackdown super pac.

This is illegal, per FEC and mccain-feingold, but desantis is hoping the FEC deadlocks on party lines and lets him get away with using it for his presidential campaign

I think candidates do get to keep left-over campaign money. It’s the only thing that makes sense when so many losers are jumping in against Trump. They know they have no chance.
