Trump declassified all the docs in his possession. He is fundamentally incapable of wrongfully possessing classified documents from his time in the presidency. This is explicitly part of the Presidential Records Act.
The courts have come down so hard in favor of the presidential privilege here that Bill Clinton intentionally and knowingly removed very sensitive , highly classified tape recording and hid them in his sock drawer.
The courts set the precedent that that Clinton's egregious abuse of power fell within the purview of what was permissible under the records act and let Clinton keep them with impunity and no sanctions.
That's just the way it it is. Trump is in the clear and has done nothing wrong.
