That is true. She was born in Scotland. But she became a naturalized U.S. Citizen several years before Donald Trump was born. So the Donald was born in the USA to two U.S. Citizen parents and is thus without a doubt a “natural born Citizen” of the United States.
She MAY have been born there.
The question is : Was she an American citizen when Donald was born???
