Since you are keeping up, I point out that agent Brian Auten, mentioned by the author, Ms Cleveland, has been involved in this Deep State coup since the early days of Crossfire Hurricane through Mar-a-Lago; likely beyond. I suspect he yields more power over the FBI than Christopher Wray.
Also note that AG Garland testified to Congress that the disputed CHS FD-1023 form did not exist; i.e. he lied to Congress.
The Deep State is deep. God only knows what will clean out this nest of vipers. Once they exercised control over many aspects of elections the Republic contracted cancer. Perhaps China is already in control of our govt; certainly corruption is in control.

^ I’m here to discuss my constitutional oversight of the Justice Department and the FBIGod bless Sen. Grassley! However, this document of his tends to disprove all of his claims.
^ It surely has been a very busy year thus far for congressional oversight, and let me say, rightly so. That’s the way it should be.
^ To restore this country’s confidence in the Justice Department and the FBI, these agencies must come clean with the 1023 document that whistleblowers have approached me about
^ And I and Chairman Comer demanded that he produce that document. Director Wray made one excuse after another to not produce it.
^ If anything, this entire process is a lesson for the executive branch with respect to Congress’s constitutional power of oversight.
^ Remember, Congress funds the executive branch, not the other way around.
^ So, is the FBI looking at bribery allegations against members of the Biden family?
^ For example, did the FBI try to improperly use the August 2020 Brian Auten assessment to shut down the 1023 reporting by falsely labeling it disinformation?
^ The Justice Department and FBI no longer deserve the benefit of the doubt.
^ So, to the Justice Department and the FBI: Quit playing games and recognize who you work for. You’re not working to protect the corporate interests of the FBI – You’re working for the American people.
At present, it is clear that the DoJ/FBI do not feel that they work for the American people; nor do they feel that the Congress has Constitutional oversight of their law enforcement functions.
Worse, the recent debt ceiling bill confirms the weakness of Congress and the power of the Bitem executive branch. Even the millions of dollars needed to build a new modern FBI facility were granted without even considering it as a bargaining chip.
Sen. Grassley says that Congress passes the laws -- BUT Congress does not pass the laws; they have delegated much of that responsibility to: the executive department; worse, no one has challenged the unconstitutional standing of that transfer of legislative power. Now the bureaucratic executive department has all the authority it needs to assume power over the political and government processes - and they are doing so!
Unhappily, Sen. Grassley's power standing is undermined at every turn. While some people are talking of de-funding and reorganizing the law enforcement agencies, the Congress has passed a bill that only strengthens the executive department's position.
God save the Republic!
