This story is nothing more than another way to put Americans with odds at each other. On one hand, it makes a lot of young people mad as demonstrated by one poster here. In another way, it makes low information recipients mad when they see the "up to $4500" payments which hardly anyone gets. The average is about $1800, with many being way less. The story is nothing but propaganda designed to pit us against one another. Don't fall for it.
