How blind and ignorant of history would a person have to be to think that a war must have a legal declaration?
WAR means FIGHTING - bombs, guns, knives, blood, guts, death.
Please point to the same and I don’t mean rioters randomly going hog wild and they’re not really hurting any conservatives, just whoever happens to be in the way (mostly fellow commies).
