Seems to me that he did a GREAT JOB, at least as I think Russians see it. He managed to get many of Ukraine’s best troops ‘neutralized’ along with huge quantities of Western weapons, which CANNOT be replaced for years (sorry Neocons, but when you let our military industry base rot for decades, you shouldn’t be surprised that it comes back to bite you in a war - should have learned that from WW2 and other wars).

As for his antics, many think Prigozhin was trolling the West into dumping more weapons into Bakhmut, as that was clearly the end result.

He made a couple of huge mistakes at the end:

1: Air the Kremlin’s dirty laundry when he didn’t get enough ammo.

2: Saying he would give the Ukrainians Russian troop positions if he didn’t get what he wanted.

He’s lucky they weren’t fatal mistakes.

These stories are the mainstream medias attempt to make people think there is infighting between Prigozhin and Putin. They know Prigozhin is part of the Russian state. Everything he does is approved from the top. He can go to the moon. It won't change anything on the ground. Wagner takes order from Russian officers. Prigozhin is the face of Wagner but he has no military experience. Stories like this are an attempt to distract people from the Ukrainian loss of Bakhmut.
