Let’s say he acknowledges it. Then what? The President doesn’t have the power to investigate anything. Investigations would be done by Individual State Attorneys General. Do you think the left wing DAs of Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin are going to do anything about it? The DOJ could theoretically investigate, but I’m not even sure that would be Constitutional since the Electoral process is governed by the States.

At some point, the focus has to turn to 2024 and figure out ways to blunt the cheating or implement stronger election laws in the States that have GOP majorities in the State Houses.

The President DOES have power to investigate and prosecute election crimes. He’s the leader of the Executive Branch of the Federal government - the ONLY branch with the power to prosecute. And there are federal statutes against election fraud. I’m no legal expert, but it was easy enough to find examples, such as this -

And as far as corrupt left wing DA’s, the federal government prosecutes corrupt state officials all the time.
