Some state or outside agency found Biden had Intelligence briefings Biden stole and stored them at about four different places. And Hunter’s emails had things gleaned from Classified Briefings. Are they going to raid Joe? They raided Trump by going to a Judge that previously stated he had animus towards Trump.
When you can’t find laws broken that the Investigation stated where the very laws being investigated (Violation of Espionage Act) - you use Obstruction of Justice to get somebody.
Biden held and then released a $1 Billion dollars to get a Ukraine Prosecutor Fired, in an act unprecedented in History.
If that’s not Obstruction of Justice, I don’t know what is.
There are too many examples of unequal, one way justice under the law ... even rodham’s ordering Craig Livingstone to get FIB files on their political enemies is not far back enough ...
We are in this situation because the 4th estate is dead, the judiciary is no longer independent, too many people have been bought off by givernment benefits (at all levels), no real opposition party to shut down DC. We no longer live in the country we grew up in my FRiend.
