Pedo-Joe Biden is already violating the 14th amendment himself.
He is denying citizens equal protection of the law as guaranteed by the 14th amendment with his open border policy
that allows illegal aliens to endanger and harm citizens in many ways up to and including rape and murder.
That’s not the correct meaning of the 14th but you’re still right: Biden is violating the Amendment by allowing foreign nationals - who aren’t even incorporated by the Constitution - to violate laws with impunity.
That makes them above the law, and the citizenry beholden to it. Thus it is unequal treatment.
This has been labeled Anarcho-Tyranny, and is the current state of “law enforcement in the US.
