I have long held the opinion that anybody who is on the Federal payroll should be subject to the same terms and conditions that our military is subject to. The UCMJ. If that’s good enough for our troops, then it should be good enough for everybody else in the Federal government employ. If they don’t like that, they are free to find employment in the private sector.
