Nobody’s going to defund the Creep State, and it won’t be reformed any time soon. It’s like trying to get rid of all the barnacles on the hull of a 100-year-old tramp steamer. The best that can be hoped for is to do some house cleaning in the upper echelons.
i.e., reduce the rat population.
