The GOP legislature should pass a law requiring the Nashville police to release the document and the Republican governor should sign the bill. If the police still refuse send the State Highway Patrol to arrest the chief of police and seize the document.
Suppose the document names persons A, B, and C and accuses them of sexual abuse and includes their home addresses and daily movements.
