Trump's guidelines did recommend a shutdown. DeSantis ordered a mandatory shutdown. Seven states governors didn't.

The Pentagon jab mandate was in 2021. Trump WASN'T president in 2021. That was Biden.

You need to check the timeline as to when this happened and who was sitting in the Oval Office at the time.
