Based on melanin.......I’ve seen many instances of American blacks judging each other based on the lightness or darkness their skin.....lighter skinned blacks somehow believed to be superior to darker skinned blacks.......American blacks are more than likely THE most racist group of people on the planet......even among each other.

I would have to cast my vote for the Japanese or Chinese.
I'm talking about the ones in the countries Japan and China.
They make the old South Africans look like amateurs when it comes to discrimination.
