Maybe *they* should be paying reparations to the descendants of those who lost their lives fighting in the Civil War for the purpose of freeing the slaves?
Yeah. None of my ancestors were slave owners and I can prove it. We were all Yankees. And my great great uncle was a senator from Indiana who was involved in the underground railroad. So they can pound sand. And if they try to take my house, I’ll burn it down.
