Meanwhile the J-6 prisoners are being held in squalid conditions with no “quick trial.” I have heard they are getting meals with feces in them. What did they do to get such treatment?
“In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.”
One thing that gets me about that is that that D.C. jail is known for its horrible conditions and mistreatment of prisoners going on well before the J6 prisoners were put there.
WTH? Our nation’s Capitol has a true life Black Hole of Calcutta and everybody knows it! It sure can’t be news to any politician in D.C.

This is a CRIME. The jailers should be tried and jailed.
It is a freakin OUTRAGE, but NOTHING is done, day after day, year after year. 😡
