He must have dodged bullets in his office to be able to lecture everyone on courage.
This Vietnam War Vet (never boots down, I'm always careful to make that distinction) who worked on AC that flew missions over VN knows the duties and the responsibilities that go with hot missions.
Lots of critical things, tons of responsibilities. Those who haven't experienced this have no way of knowing.
