Why do we always hear we have a “broken immigration system”?

Why is our system “broken” when we don’t always follow the immigration laws which are on the books but not enforced?

Why is the system “broken” if it can’t accomodate floods of illegal aliens? By definition, illegal aliens are not following our immigration laws. Why is the system “broken” because some people, drug cartels, etc. decide to overwhelm our country with illegal border crossers?

We are living in a nation where lawlessness is supported and encouraged by our government. What we have is a broken, feckless government! Men and women who should be removed from office for not honoring the Constitution and/or placed in prison for breaking the law - are celebrated by our anti-American, anti-Christian media.

Unless we start putting people like Mayorkas and Biden(s) in prison for treason and/or breaking laws that are on the books - our republican form of government that promises equal justice will only be a mirage.
