It might be capable of going over mach 5 (”hypersonic” as differentiated from supersonic), but it’s likely to lose accuracy at high speeds. If you have a look behind the link in comment #4, you’ll see photos of the nosecone of the downed missile.
I don’t have a metallurgical list for the nosecone, but that might be a mix of metal and some kind of common refractory compound (for withstanding heat). The hole reveals that the material was brittle. It might be of better use in some kind of home or shop heating appliance. The stuff is not good for producing an accurate missile, either.
