Trump has indicated that he will choose a woman to join the ticket. If true, that narrows the list and makes speculation easier. Not many women (or men, for that matter) have the national profile, paired with the abrasive demeanor, that Trump values. There are a few, however, who make the shortlist.
Kari Lake
Marjorie Taylor Green
Kristi Noem

As a White male Rand Paul does not fit the criteria which is a crying shame as I thought he would be in contention.
The next best for me would be those listed (Lake or MTG).
I know some of you say it's a terrible job in politics but this time it could be a stepping stone for someone.
I nominate Governor of Arkansas,
Sarah Huckabee Sanders.
I’ll take Kari Lake. She’s proven her VP credentials by being willing to fight to the last vote.
He is going to be his own VP.
I don’t think he would trust any of those women as much as Ivanka, and then he can bring her back into the fold.
Whoever it is, they better have thick skin. Trump alienated most of his cabinet members and chief’s of staff.
He could pick someone who understands New Yorkers. Someone who knows Washington DC politics and is very effective behind the scenes.
I present, for your consideration...
Lee Zeldin.
Does this mean AOC is no longer in the running? πππππ
This female list must have just come in out of left field. The grapevine sed Gen. Flynn several weeks ago.
Byron Donalds
Tucker Carlson for VP.
I figure itβs RFK Jr.
I like Sanders, and Lake. If a male, Rand Paul. Hell itβs early and heβs not the nominee yet. Remember who ever is a heart beat from the Oval Office, choose wisely. IMO
Kaitlan Collins.

Ivanka is from the Brutus wing of the GOP, you know the one Pence started.
If Ivanka was VP, you can guarantee her security detail would be the most requested position by SS agents.
Basically being the bodyguard of perhaps the most smokingly hot politician to ever hold office! No good man is passing that up.
Mike Pompeo
Clint Eastwood

Kind of pretentious to have VP talk before the primary campaign, much less any actual voting, has occurred.
DΓ©jΓ vu with Ted Cruz picking Carly Fiorina in 2016, but even then it wasn’t anywhere near this early during the primary campaign when he did it.
He could be a good one, in order to try and bridge the diffences among the moderates.
