THIS is why the Biden Cabal waited until the 11th hour to release their memo explaining “how we will handle the ending of Title 42”.
Because their memo told the Border Patrol agents to IGNORE FEDERAL LAW and just let them walk in!

I think the line should read “which” instead of “with.”
I see this to mean “migrants,” i.e., invaders will still be released into the country with a court date - most likely two years into the future.
