It’s Manhattan; what’d anyone expect?
It will strengthen Donald Trump. Everywhere (with the exception of New York Lunatics) it will be viewed as what it is - an attempt to destroy someone that they don’t like. The Statue of Limitations will be the first reason for overturning it, but so many other reasons apply. Now if it stays in NYC, then he would probably lose on appeal, but hopefully this is reason for a change in venue...Any opinion Law Experts?

The Judge told the jury that even an innocent peck on the cheek meant he was GUILTY OF RAPE.
This asswipe Judge should be brought before a Congressional Hearing to explain himself, then they should crawl through his entire life and find a few people that claim he made unwanted advances, then let them Serve him in Congressional Committee for multiple lawsuits under the same charge.

And RNC Ronna McDaniel is out now, saying Americans are tired of hearing all of the Trump drama and they would like to focus on issues that affect them. So true.
They passed this law FOR this case, for this woman TO ATTACK the POTUS. CLEARLY UNCONSTITUTIONAL and completely unverifiable and unprovable.
Justice in America continues to be a joke.
Almost all Trump and his attorney’s action aided the plaintiff. Did Trump want to be found liable?

THAT’S NOT WHAT THE JUDGE SAID. The judge said that an unsolicited peck on the cheek could be BATTERY, which in NY is any intentional offensive bodily touching.
Why would Trump want to do that?
