As I recall from the OJ civil trial, the Goldmans were free to start collecting once the judgment was awarded. If OJ had wanted to block enforcement of the judgment pending his appeals he would have had to post a bond equal to 1 1/2 times the judgment amount. I would imagine that the same rules would apply here.
But it’s A-OK when @JoeBiden does it.
Since denying an allegation against you is defamation now, I hope Biden has enough money to pay @ReadeAlexandra.
