1,500?? You need 15,000.

They need to be laying landmines.
Not handing out water bottles.

Really, you need 15,000 US Marines to essentially push paperwork to make it easier to invade the country. /sarcasm
Serious, I am with you, what does it say about the state of the country when we send US Marines to assist in the invasion of the USA.

What are they supposed to do there?
I bet they are not allowed to use their weapons.
Or even harsh language.

You do know they are being sent to facilitate ease of crossing over not to stop ‘em right?

“ They need to be laying landmines. Not handing out water bottles.”
That is exactly what I say. Treat the border like the north and South Korea border and we would not have people crossing over. Not inhumane at all, give everyone fair warning and it WOULD stop the land invasion. That’s how we know they are NOT serious about even slowing this invasion down.
To: BitWielder1
They are not being sent there to stop anybody.

This will be one of the greatest “Look here, now we’re really doing something about this” fakeout kabuki theater episodes in history. Not 2% of the immigrants will be turned back and then there will be months and months of “We fell short of our own expectations and as we speak we are conducting a top to bottom review of the processes and procedures involved which we expect to complete in June 2026. We are doing this so that this will never ever ever ever ever happen again. Then there will be Congressional hearings and 11 witnesses will each testify with gobbledygook sentences all of which begin with “So...”. And the net result will be absolutely flaming nothing other than an expectation of enhanced illegal immigration to the tune of at least 10,000 people monthly.
And then 40,000 newly-generated 3x5 cards will be lost and the person or agency allegedly responsible for safekeeping them will be absolved of any culpability or accountability because they never expected to have to read cursive.

It is time to finish the the war of 1848...
Drive every single invader back into Mexico...
Dig up Polk and Winfield Scott and make them finish the job...

Yeah well, we invaded them back in 1848 and the war was far from a pushover.

The marines will not be issued ammo. Symbolic BS. But they will all get a patch. 🥀

I wonder if it is too late for a GO FUND ME money raising event to hire the Chinese to send an army to stop this unconstitutional traitorous invasion of the US borders. We could do some horse trading like free passage for a number of Chinese young men. Maybe Hunter and Pop Biden still have connections and a deal or two to make it happen. This Republic is being sold out by the elected leaders who we thought, wrongly, were on the side of their voters.

they will all get a patchMy father-in-law told me about the time he was in Vietnam and they loaded everybody into Hueys, flew halfway to their destination, then turned around and flew home. The Army gave him a patch.
