No, this is a way to install an image generating program so you can create memes. ie “Joe Biden riding a tricycle”
It is a tool.
This will allow anybody to create images at home, without a subscription, without depending on somebody else’s servers in a cloud system which can be shut down.
It decentralizes creation.
