I guess no one was driving. It was the “SUV” that rammed people at the bus stop.

Have to laugh as I remember Rush Limbaugh talking about this phenomenon...if it was a chevy volt, impala, ford mustang, etc. - we would read that a “felon” or “drunk driver” drove into a crowd. Not so with this car...it was the “SUV” that suddenly drove into the crowd causing mayhem.
