Lot of allgedly's in the news article.
Now if the Jewish students need something to be alarmed about they should take a look at the curriculum for the new ethnic studies course mandated by California.
The following is an excerpt:
Israel is the main contemporary example of settlor-conquerors. For half a century, Israelis have been cleansing the occupied territories of native Arabs, most murderously in the late 1940s, renewed against in the Jewish land-grabbing of the past few years.
Well by golly uscs done learned me sumfin’ in that case. Most US Jews may agree with that statement. Some folkx never learn.

Didn’t know the FBI had an office at UCSC.
The truth may sometimes hurt, but not nearly as much as being unaware of it.
The Gen Z group continues to prove they are really Gen Zeros
They should also vehemently condemn the celebration of Vlad Lenin’s bday, also known as earth day. The fascists and the communists have united in today’s modern left.
In my best Rosan Rosanna Dana voice.
I don’t understand for the life of me how a bunch of college students in California could celebrate Hitlers birthday on April 20th. What’s wrong with kids today. Are they stupid or stoned.
IN my best Jane Curtain you ignorant slxx voice.
Rosan - Steven Hager, a former editor of the marijuana-focused news outlet High Times, told the New York Times that the holiday came out of a ritual started by a group of high school students in the 1970s. As Hager explained, a group of Californian teenagers ritualistically smoked marijuana every day at 4:20 pm. The ritual spread, and soon 420 became code for smoking marijuana. Eventually 420 was converted into 4/20 for calendar purposes, and the day of celebration was born.
Rosan Rosanna Dana:
Never mind!
Um, it’s 4/20. They were celebrating something else.

But now that I’m thinking about it, could a bakery be required by the state to bake the damn Hitler cake, or is that different?
How did anyone notice through the heavy haze of pot smoke from the rest of the campus celebrating “4/20”?
So WHAT? People can do what they want, this is still America. I don't agree with them any more that I do people burning the American Flag.
I Hate the people I want to hate, and there are quite a few of them. It's my Right.
Acting on my Hate is where my Rights infringe on others' rights.
If you are part of some religion that worships Hitler, then sure.
Roughly 1 over 365.25 of the US population celebrates on HItler’s birthday.
Lock them all up.
I would be very very careful about making any judgements on Israel as a lot of people gleam to do. There is a lot of history and prophecy involved and it is not wise to overrule God.
Someone must have informed them that he was a Jew hating Socialist. Just like their favorite professors.

It’s not the baker’s religion that is the issue. The key point is that in order for your demand to be enforced by law, YOU must be able to claim that you were discriminated against because of your membership in some “protected class”.
Hitler fans are not a protected class. However, religion is a protected class. So if you can incorporate your need for a Hitler birthday cake into your religion somehow, then you can make a claim that you suffered religious discrimination when they turn you down.
