Kamala Harris knows all about artificial intelligence she’s had a Magic 8 Ball from her first childhood.
Whenever the Government or Drive-By Media use the term ‘investment’ I replace it with: confiscate. Every dime the government ‘gives’ it first TAKES, STEALS, CONFISCATES from someone.
The insanity of government ‘stimulus’ abounded at the beginning of the Obama / Biden Regime in 2008. So much of this spending is with future Confiscation (debt). At first they used the banking, Freddie Mac Bonnie Mae fiasco (which the government caused by forcing banks to make bad mortgage loans to people who would never be able to pay back). Later it was the auto companies that were in trouble (again caused by the insane government micromanagement of the auto industry).
Later on, when they wanted to confiscate even more future dollars, they dreamed up another catchy rationale: Roads & Bridges - Shove Ready. They were certainly shoveling a great deal of excrement. Obama even laughed later, admitting that not so many projects were really ‘shovel ready.’ They funneled unions and Solyndra.

Because if she didn’t have artificial intelligence, she wouldn’t have any intelligence at all.
