Most likely could be there now or at least on the way. I would be careful at trucks stops between Cleveland and the border. Another less likely thing is that he somehow is headed to San Houston National Forest or The Big Thicket to hide out. Both not that far from Cleveland. But I doubt he has the skills or knowledge for that.
