Bill Maher is defending the 1st. Amendment?

This duplicitous, wise cracking weasel is part of the problem. He helped create this situation.

I still believe Musk made a deal with the devil buying the twit (he’s in too deep between the green $$ & his SpaceX contracts) and that it continues to be a ‘government-affiliated’ enterprise determined to control speech and track users.

It will forever be known as ‘the twit’, its users ‘twits’ and Musk the ‘head twit’ until I see something tangible.

Britain’s absurd libel laws (and corrupt justices) have been successfully used by Arab plaintiffs in the 21st Century to attack American authors writing on Islamic subjects. The laws themselves are written to protect the powerful.

File this article under “Moments rich in irony.”

https://help.twitter.com/en/rules-and-policies/twitter-rules

There are pages upon pages under the Twitter Rules that define what is and isn’t accepted “expression.” Their "Hateful Conduct" policy stands out. We can accurately say that Twitter is a privately-owned social media platform, moderated based on the worldview and political views of the owner (s), and is NOT a free speech venue.

And apparently, they’re worried so much about “Violent Event Denial” that it has its own section. Because - god forbid, we wouldn’t want people to actually read the opinions of others and come to their own conclusions. It’s best if we just avoid certain subjects in their entirety.

Violent Event Denial

We prohibit content that denies that mass murder or other mass casualty events took place, where we can verify that the event occurred, and when the content is shared with abusive context. This may include references to such an event as a “hoax” or claims that victims or survivors are fake or “actors.” It includes, but is not limited to, events like the Holocaust, school shootings, terrorist attacks, and natural disasters.

The psychological manipulation of ushering people into the narrative is mind-boggling. The globalist gatekeepers using Musk have assigned him the task of co-opting patriotic middle America. He can restrict speech on Twitter, while at the exact same time state in interview after interview how dedicated he and Twitter are to “free speech.” It’s easy to do this when the majority of people/users are not skeptical and don’t ever question anything. The media is just as compliant because their purpose is to provide Musk - the proxy for the New World Order - enough softball questions and comments to put him in the best light for saviorhood.

Elon Musk doesn’t stand for the uniquely American ideal of individual liberty. His free-speech schtick is a smokescreen. He has often stated his beliefs in one-world government, universal basic income, climate change, transhumanism. His life’s work actively embraces all of these things - ideas that cancel out the individual in favor of global control.

This is all easily searched online. In the spoon-feeding of Musk-the-savior, and his constant appearances in the media - they have created an alter of the real Musk. The one who's creating a companion to China's WeChat app, the tool of the totalitarian CCP. Ask the Chinese people how free they are.

Has Musk ever been in a venue where he was questioned by someone who didn’t agree with him? Someone who was harsh and skeptical of his claims? No, and it will NEVER happen. And by that I don't mean someone who might be "acting" like they disagree, but rather someone who genuinely disagrees with his all-in, WEF-embracing philosophy.
