Maybe a stupid question , but did they ever ask the person who published this information , where they got the leaked draft copy from?
I know the Supreme Court said that they did their own internal investigation, but apparently everybody who works there denied leaking to the media. So then the question becomes where did the person who published it get it from?
I suspect that they know exactly who leaked the draft but exposing who did it would cause a nuclear meltdown on the court.
That suggests that the guilty party was not some low level clerk going rogue or that the guilty party was leaking the draft at the direction of someone much higher up.
The Marshal never interviewed the justices. All the other worker bees had to sit in and be interviewed or investigated. Now Alito says he thinks he knows who did it but chose not to tell the investigators, what a loser. The double standard continues on.
