Haven't you figured out by now that they are not playing by a set of rules, but according to raw power? If they can get away with it. They will. Over and over they've shown it, told us, and proven it.

I know that the dice are loaded, but sometimes the Courts rule correctly (eg Dobbs). The alternative is giving up, and I am not doing that. There are a lot of reasons that even the lefty courts would NOT allow a change in the language of the proposed amendment as originally passed.
