Using scarce medical resources for this kind of stuff. But I suppose doctors with no talent or capacity for the healing arts need to work as well.
Sadly, the “doctor” probably had the parents’ consent. In Washington now, due to recent legislation, no parental consent is needed for doctors to perform sexual mutilation on children. If that were the case, and I was the parent, I would sue this guy into prison or maybe even take matters into my own hands.
I guess the guy as 18 though, so never mind. Still, yes this is sick.
