Medical malpractice. Even I, not a doctor, know that the colon has a purpose, and it’s not part of the reproductive process.
Some insane people are so concentrated on “proving” that you can go back and forth between man and woman that they are willing to kill people to “prove” it.
I believe in their ‘passion’ for the mentally ill...even if the successful odds are less than 20-percent...it’s the only path to reach some fake reality for the patient.
I think if you asked....they probably required a down-payment situation already before he entered the hospital. I’ll also bet on the entry form....they probably told him the success rate was predicted to be less than 50-percent.

When doctors started to do abortions and then when doctors used baby parts for “science” the “do no harm” was tossed. And here we are. Slippery slope the pro-life people warned about.

.........The Doctor’s that performed this “surgery” should, without question, be prosecuted and when found guilty they should go to prison for a long time.

When I was young I wanted to be a pirate. My parents has the common sense NOT to send me to an occupation-affirming surgeon to remove one leg below the knee to be fitted with a peg, remove one hand so to be fitted with a hook, gouging out one eye in readiness of a patch, and grafting a parrot to my shoulder.
Just because you CAN doesn't mean you SHOULD.
