BUSH 2 convinced us we needed billion dollar manipulable black box tabulators for something about disabled voters etc. He was always a deep state corporate scum bag in my opinion. We need paper ballots and pencils and permanent dye on a finger to illustrate we already voted. Hand count the ballots with video recording.

I doubt that Bush 2 knew what he was doing. He was always a bit of a dunderhead in my opinion. A puppet who was unaware that he was not in charge, unaware that strings were pulling him.
