I bet this stems 100% from the Doninion lawsuit. Did Tucker cost Fox a billion dollar settlement?

Tucker wrote a lot of things in text messages that sunk Fox’s legal case.

Rupert Murdoch does not like it when his underlings cost him money.

Not by himself.

Roger Murdoch testified in deposition that he had it within his ability to stop the machine fraud narrative and refused to do so because he was afraid of losing ratings.

Since we don’t have the details yet (the only official statement is that he’s not coming back), let’s not automatically assume that Fox fired him.

(I don’t say that to defend Fox. I say that because it’s generally a good idea not to jump to conclusions. I frankly don’t give a rat’s backside about Fox.)

My guess is he was about to air his point of view on the suit which did not sit well with those at FOX. Something had to happen between late last week and this AM for them to make this move. I wonder what the payout to him will be?
