There’s a Hollywood lawyer, showrunner, screen writer named Joe Escalante who has a weekly radio show here in SoCal that I try to catch. He was discussing the Dominion settlement and it sure sounds like he thinks that Fox has a winning 1st amendment defense if they were willing to spend the money to pursue it. They just chose not to.
