perhaps the manifesto would support the contention that the transgender movement is protecting a mental illness that needs to be treated and in many cases committed to mental institutions. Anyone claiming to be something he/she isn’t definitely is a mental case.

It would seem possible to redact the document as much as necessary to protect any named individuals, suppress operational techniques, and deny copycats any istructional info.

Just about the only thing that would make sense here is some sort of very persuasive and detailed (instructions and tactics) call to widespread violence against schools that could either:
Result in such violence B4 authorities can take preventive steps. Or,
Result in widespread attacks on those the “instructions” were directed to. Sort of “preventive vigilante actions”.(Much harder to prevent. However, I really doubt that would happen in the US, tho’ some parties might well fear it could. Personally, I think organized citizen defenses of school locations would be more likely if there seemed to be a serious large scale threat to schools.) OR,
Result in widespread pulling of students from schools by fearful parents.
Either way, IF authorities really believe there is good reason to not release the manifesto, we citizens deserve at least a reasonable explanation, such as “we are very concerned about other potential attackers finding details in this manifesto useful.”

At the very least, some independent entity not overly connected to any side of the tranny controversy(s) or this particular case should be asked to review the question of the release of the “manifesto” if Nashville LE continues without good explanation to block said release.
