It’s the nature of their culture to handle their own matters one way or another. ...and even not at all..... of course they can and do pull the race card and police violence otherwise for evryone else.

Accountability is the problem but it’s unclear if enough in the community can see it. And among those who do, even fewer feel empowered to change it. It’s easy and feels good to blame external factors, deflect responsibility. Introspection is hard and unpleasant. The community is propagandized and psychologically conditioned from birth to blame others for their social ills and reacts accordingly. It’s sad. It’s racist. It’s profitable.
