I will speculate that Joe Biden has already written and signed blanket pardons for every corrupt member of his family and probably for key members of his staff.

If Biden is Impeached and Convicted, would he still be able to issue pardons before leaving?
Everybody involved knows damn well that the *very* worst that will happen to them is a full,unconditional Presidential Pardon.
The question is...can The Big Guy pardon himself? I’d love to hear Professors Dersowitz and Turley discuss that.
