You repost commentary posing as news by outlets such as The Hill which are staffed by some of the worst lefty ideologues.

You also haven’t done your homework to fill in the back story.

Summarizing ...

Lindell acquired PCAP data from a verifiable source.

Lindell had credentialed examiners reviews the data proving ISP transmitted back and forth to PRC controlled servers.

Lindell put out a challenge to anyone disproving the data.

Lindell was assaulted at his symposium in connection with his challenge.

Lindell was advised not to open the PCAP data as it would be tampered with.

No one responded to the challenge, Lindell dropped the challenge.

Zeidman appeared late, looked at data that was not PCAP data and concluded it was not tied to what Lindell claimed.

Zeidman sought arbitration and obtained a decision in his favor.

Lindell will take it to court to quash it.

************

Lindell will likely win based on Zeidman reviewing data that was not behind the challenge (PCAP).

Lindell is on record, prior to appearance of Zeidman, as announcing the PCAP data would not be released based on security considerations.

Searching online . . . found Bob Zeidman’s story:

https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/i-uncovered-fraud-mike-lindells-cyber-symposium-election-bob-zeidman

You can download Zeidman’s August 2021 report about Mike Lindell’s Cybersecurity Symposium, held in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, August 2021, in regard to the 2020 election:

https://www.zeidmanconsulting.com/download.htm

The downloaded file: “Zeidman expert report on alleged election fraud.zip”

Expanded, a folder: “Zeidman expert report on alleged election fraud”

That folder contains various files; in particular, Zeidman’s report, a PDF file:

“Zeidman Expert Report on Mike Lindell’s Challenge.pdf”

Therein, Mr. Zeidman goes into detail about his experience at Mike Lindell’s symposium, including an explanation of what Zeidman means by the use of the word, “transformation.” (Zeidman says in some news articles, that he “transformed” or performed a “transformation” of some files.) See pg. 8 of the PDF file:

On the first day of the symposium, Zeidman transformed some text files that were, his words:

“represented to us by Joshua Merritt and Colonel Phil Waldron that these were excerpts of packet data in hex format, which means it is binary data (typically PCAP file format) that has been converted to ASCII representations of hexadecimal numbers so that it can be read by a human. Opening the file Chinese_SourceIP_HEX.txt, in a text editor, the first line is the following hex numbers:

7B 5C 72 74 66 31 5C 61 6E 73 69 5C 61 6E 73 69”

[Zeidman continues: ] “converting these hexadecimal ASCII numbers to text results in the following string:”

{\rtf1\ansi\ansi

I can confirm Zeidman’s discovery, that the text files are RTF (Rich Text Format) files. Some of the files have meaningful content - you can actually read them; but some of the files’ contents - though the contents are RFT code, are in Zeidman’s view, “gibberish” that Zeidman was not able to translate into meaningful content.

The RTF code appears to me, to be the result of *some files* being exported into RTF format. The program that would have had open, *such files for export,* Zeidman did not discover.

Overall, Bob Zeidman’s report (including extra files [within the downloaded folder] that are supporting exhibits), had no apparent PCAP files, and no apparent packet evidence from the 2020 election.

I wonder, if the symposium’s actual purpose, was to intrigue people who would show up and somehow figure out, what were the *some files of origin,* from which the possibly-exported results, were the as-yet-to-be-converted RTF files, such as:

“Exhibit C - FinalReult_2020_HEX.rtf”

NOTE: Ziedman misspelled ‘Result’ as “Reult”.

NOTE: In pg. 15 of Zeidman’s report, he writes:

“The modification dates for the files are all August 2021. This means though they may have been created any time before that, the data within them was modified within the last two weeks.”

But Zeidman’s conclusion about the modification dates, is NOT accurate.

First, modfications dates can change, merely by transferring files between two different volumes, given certain circumstances (sometimes depending on the types of volumes). And, modification dates might change, because of differences in file permissions (origin A volume vs target B volume), or certain differences in the clock info of A and B.

Second, Zeidman gives an impression that “the data” is modified - when in fact, that conclusion is too general: a single character of no consequence might be the only change, or a piece of resource fork information (instead of data fork information) might be the only change.

I’m highly, highly skeptical of any PCAP files Mike Lindell is in possession of, if you know anything about how to capture network data and PCAP files you would know how it is practically impossible for a private citizen to obtain the type of information Lindell says he has.

During that symposium he showed the results of various state elections based on removing the fraudulent votes based on the PCAP data he was in possession of.

Think of how difficult it would be to capture that type of information, in Florida we have 67 supervisor of election locations. They’re over 3000 counties in the USA, capturing network traffic from that many different locations could only be done at major trunk concentration points around the USA from Tier One Internet providers, such as AT&T, CenturyLink, Zayo and Verizon, with network systems that span the globe.

I seriously doubt that Mike Lindell has that type of information, the only organization that probably does is the NSA and unless Mike Lindell has a source inside the NSA he can’t have the type of information he claims.
