I am aware of that, but that does not change the fact that no justice can be had in such a hostile venue.
It's like trying January 6 "insurrectionists" in Washington DC. It's automatic conviction with no regard or concern for truth or facts.
It's like trying Jews in Nazi Germany. It's just wrong and immoral.
