First of all, we haven't seen the details of the settlement yet. Hopefully Fox is now in possession of the Basic Source code of the algorithm and will soon be a Tucker Special.

Worst case, at least Fox has successfully exposed Dominion's history in election interfence. This plus DeSantis' work behind the scenes to diffuse the Dominion issue in Florida- it's not such a problem anymore. $700M is a small price to pay for this Victory in the War Against the Machines.

You don’t know that at all. Could be quite the opposite. Sounds like Fox just didn’t want the circus and Dominion just wrestled a bunch of money from them.
