When this case first broke, there was euphoria in FR land that Dominion goofed by filing it because through depositions and discovery the proof for how votes were manipulated as well as the source code would be exposed for all to see. It simply resulted in quite the opposite. That was my claim.

The same has been claimed for the Dominion v Lindell suit, the Sidney Powell suit and the Rudy suit. Those suits have yet to reveal any of the desired disclosures as they make their way through the process.
