Yes. In my case, my evil GPS told me to turn onto a two-lane gravel road. So I did, thinking it was some sort of detour. Then those two lanes turned into one lane.
I should have turned back at that moment. And I would have, if my girlfriend had been with me. She would have insisted. But when alone I’m a typical stupid guy. So I pressed on into the forest. After about 45 minutes I came upon a paved two-lane road.
Anything could have happened in those 45 minutes. A flat tire, run off the road by idiot kids, attacked by Bigfoot, etc.
It would make for a good movie.
