To: The_Media_never_lie

No, they’re not true. Rep. Harris called a hearing so this lady could present her findings, but she wanted to keep the scope of the presentation on election shenanigans. After about 45 minutes, the presenter went off course and started bringing up accusations of rampant corruption state wide, including in the legislature. Rep. Harris reminded the woman to only discuss election issues and the hearing continued for about another 10 minutes. Ppl were clearly uncomfortable with the hearing after that, but to blame Harris for it was a mistake. The whole thing makes me feel that there is actually something to the accusations.

I am very uncomfortable, too. The governor IMHO, should have vehemently denied these allegations if they are untrue. She did not respond to the allegations, right? The allegations should have been easy enough to check.
