Russia has recently threatened to nuke us and our NATO allies. That makes her a classic Fifth Column Quisling and anybody supporting her one too.
They were arrested for espionage.
Not treason.
I’ll bet she’s a REGISTERED DEMOCRAT and maybe ab ACTIVIST!
She also said she was fired by the Navy for her liberal views.
Par for the course given Chomsky and Hersh are now heroes of the Kremlin worshipping faux conservative movement.
“It is not possible to be traitor to the US by supporting Russia. Only an abject retard could think otherwise.”
Tell that to the Rosenbergs. And Aldrich Ames. And David Sheldon Boone. And so very many more.

“Barack Obama, at the time a high ranking U.S. official holding an elective office called “president” gave Ukraine security guarantees in return for surrendering their nuclear weapons. Russia and the United Kingdom made similar promises.”
You have your presidents wrong: It was Bill Clinton, not Barack Obama.
Navy sources say she retired as an E-5. I’m not sure if that’s an NCO.
You are right, but the conclusions are the same.
“They were arrested for espionage. Not treason.”
Espionage on behalf of a foreign country to the detriment of one’s own country is, by definition, treason. The accepted definition of treason is: “Treason is defined as an act of disloyalty against a nation or national sovereign by a citizen of that nation.”
Actions by a citizen of one country in favor of a foreign country to the detriment of one’s own country is disloyalty against one’s own country; thus, treason.
“It is not possible to be traitor to the US by supporting Russia.”
Sure it is.
18 USC Ch. 115: TREASON, SEDITION, AND SUBVERSIVE ACTIVITIES
https://uscode.house.gov/view.xhtml?path=%2Fprelim%40title18%2Fpart1%2Fchapter115&edition=prelim
Nothing in §2381 requires the US to be engaged in a declared war with an enemy in order to qualify support for such enemy as treason.
Further, precedent setting broad applications of §2386 have been applied to individuals whose public activities are proven to be aligned with the interests or policies of hostile foreign powers.
Arguably, someone who is indicted for §2386 violations could be then prosecuted for §2381 violations.
Note that I am not assuming a conviction, just that an indictment could easily occur given the right circumstances and the political will to execute the prosecution.
All prosecuted for Espionage.
She’s the new “Emmanuel Goldstein”...Big Biden Is Watching You
No guarantees were given to Ukraine, and Ukraine never had control of any nukes.
Other than those two minor details your post is right on...
Doubtful. The left has fully bought in to Biden’s proxy war.
§2381. Treason
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
We have no “enemies” currently defined by the USA.
Our only “enemies” are defined by a declaration of war.
character assasination?
In an interview Saturday at her home in Oak Harbor, Wash., Ms. Bils said she is an administrator of the Donbass Devushka persona, and acknowledged raising funds and hosting podcasts under that name.
Bils officially separated on Nov. 27, 2022, just over nine months after Russia invaded Ukraine. She was promoted to an E-7 chief aviation electronics technician, but left the service as an E-5.

50 U.S. Code § 2204 - Definitions
(2)the term “enemy” means any country, government, group, or person that has been engaged in hostilities, whether or not lawfully authorized, with the United States;
Two Whidbey Island residents were injured in a collision on Highway 20 Monday morning when one car struck a second car that was turning onto the highway from Libbey Road, according to the State Patrol.

The Audi’s driver, Oak Harbor resident Sarah Bils, 36, was driving at a high rate of speed, according to a Washington State Patrol report on the incident.

We are not engaged in hostilities with Russia.
To address that nuance.
However, you would do well to edify yourself:
