I love the Clydesdales. Always have. That being said, Budweiser is about as American as TsingTao beer these days. Eff em.
They used to have the Clydesdales at their brewery just north of here in Merrimack, NH since it open in 1968. All the commercials that showed the horses and hitches in the winter were filmed around here. Also, the one with the hitch during a July 4th parade.
It used to be one those things to do when you had people come into town. Take them to see the Clyedesdales and take the brewery tour. Plus the brewer had antique car shows there on Sundays. They even had a few concerts there in the fields on the south side of the brewer. They have ball fields that they let the town use for little league and soccer games. The horses left a couple years ago(sad).
I live just a few miles from Grant's Farm, the former home of the Busch family. The Clydesdales are kept there and I see them fairly often. They are truly impressive horses.
